Q: Do I have to purchase any other software or tools?
A:  No! You do not have to buy another item to write and create your ebook. Everything you will need is included. The Software, the tutorials, the instruction, the guidance and continued support via email.

 Q:  Do I have any costs to promote and sell my ebooks?
A:  You can sell your products on the Internet at your own WEBSITE DOMAIN, MARKETPLACES and Auctions like eBay, Overstock and others.
 
You will incur expenses on eBay and most other Auctions to list your ebook(s).
As of March 31, 2008, eBay no longer allows Digital Delivery Items; therefore, you must offer to provide your eBooks on a CD-ROM in your listing.
 
There are alternatives to offering your customer a download versus a physical CD-ROM. However, I would recommend you provide the physical CD-ROM product.
 
At the time of this update to the FAQ, you can list you ebooks on ecrater.com, bonanzle.com and iOffer.com FREE.

There most likely will be additional expenses incurred to sell ebooks using an AUTO DIGITAL DELIVERY SYSTEM.
 
It is possible to setup PAYPAL PAYMENT PROCESSING with AUTO DIGITAL DELIVERY OF YOUR EBOOK.
 
PayPal Payment Processing is secure and has an excellent payment procedure.
 
You do not have to be an expert to learn how to fill-in PayPal forms that will set up your ebook item and a website for your customer to download the product.
 
You will have to first create the DOWNLOAD PAGE, prior to setting your PayPal Payment Processing with Automatic Digital Delivery of your eBook after your customer pays for the product.

You will incur the normal and standard fees when using PayPal to receive payment from your customers.
 
To promote your ebook, there are many free services on the Internet.
 
You will incur costs to purchase your Domain Name (which you can obtain for less than $10 per year). If you require assistance in obtaining your Domain Name, please email me.

WEB HOSTING for your Website presence will incur an expense. The costs are dependent upon your choice plan purchased and from which hosting company.
 
Q:  Do you offer the website and Domain to sell my ebook?
A:  When you complete your ebook (I will instruct you where and how you can register your Domain), I will host your Domain plus 2 other Domain Names for $5.95 per month additional to the cost of the Ebook E-Course.
 
The Web Hosting runs on a cPanel Linux Server which you can control and manage your self. If you are not familiar with the cPanel File Manager, management, uploading, downloading, or FTP transfers I can assist you with the Basics only.  I do offer private consultation and training in this area for an extra fee.
 
Q:  What if I do not have word processing software?
A:  There is a FREE OPEN OFFICE SUITE available for download or you can purchase it on disc. If you decide to buy the Open Office Suite, ON DISC, the  prices range from $4.95 through $19.95. 

The OPEN OFFICE SUITE with word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database capabilities is a HIGH QUALITY APPLICATION THAT IS FREE TO DOWNLOAD.
 
Q:  How long will it take me to begin creating my ebook?
A:  Naturally, it will depend on your efforts. If you and have no experience with computers or word processors, you will have to apply your self in learning the areas you need most help.

The Video Tutorials E-Course provides step-by-step instructional training.  Each step is fully explained in easy to understand annotated text description with your control to stop, pause, move forward or backward, skip and or repeat the executions. You can view the online tutorials 24/7/365 as many times as you need.

 Q:  How much can I expect to earn?
A:  The potential earnings is limitless. Promoting your product(s) will have great impact upon your earnings.
 
If you advert your ebook in many advertising networks (FREE) , you will have greater potential to earn higher income. 
 
It is most difficult to state any certain income amount.
 
Q:  Do I have to be a Computer Expert?
A:  No. You do not have to be a computer wizard or expertise in using your computer or software. You have available to you, the training and instruction that will teach you how to write, create and compile your ebook.
 
Q:  What type of support do you offer?
A:  24/7/365 email support. Normally, I do not provide technical phone support. However, technical phone consultation is available for an extra fee.  This can be considered if you require more than the standard email training and technical support.

 Q:  Will you Ghostwrite my ebook?
A:  YES! This will require an additional fee to be discussed.
 
Q:  What format is the ebook created and training for?
A:  Video Tutorials #1 .. #9 train you how to create html/htm web page ebook format style. This is for MS Windows® compatible computers only.
 
There are separate Video Tutorials that instruct you step-by-step how to compile the ebook you created in [html] format.  Everything is explained in detail to assist you in EASILY LEARNING HOW TO SAVE YOUR FILE IN THE .HTML (WEB PAGE) FORMAT.

Additionally, you are trained how to create an ebook in the PDF format.

Q:  What do you mean by "obtaining Public Domain Materials?
A:  There are volumes of archives with FREE CONTENT available for obtaining ideas and copying portions or all the the content to re-publish. The material is NOT COPYRIGHTED, therefore you have legal rights to the information and content to do as you wish.
 
I explain in illustration how to obtain that information. It has no reference to any other Information or Product you have purchased or obtained from another seller. This PDF product is created especially for this E-Course and is not sold and or available from other sellers.

 
Q:  Do you provide EBOOK TEMPLATES?
A:  There are hundreds of TEMPLATES that you can use as EBOOK TEMPLATES when creating an eBook in the HTML format.

I provide instructions on How to modify such templates.
 
Such as the example in the Videos #1 .. #9 are perfect for creating a Template.
 
Creating a PDF eBook is even easier.. Simply type and export to PDF.
Templates in this area are wasteful as you can spend more time in modifying a pre-written format when the simplicity of writing your own is less complicated, less confusing, and MUCH LESS WORK.
